Albania: Red circle in the blur → Montenegro.

All Gen4 = smallcam: low-mounted camera, big circular blur w/ small front protrusion (can be fully transparent)

Albania: Smallcam only narrows to the region.

Serbia: Use plates/guardrails to decide.

Rifts (sky tears) uncommonly in Gen3

Albania: Black-on-white/red-on-yellow chevrons → Montenegro; white-on-black → Albania.

Small, mountainous country: inland mountains lush & green, coastal mountains w/ exposed light-coloured rock; roads mostly 1-2 lanes

Most common bollard: white w/ red front / white back reflector + black top

Slovenia: Rusted guardrails + karst coast → Montenegro; Alpine look → Slovenia.

Chevrons black-on-white or red-on-yellow

Albania: White-on-black → Albania, never Montenegro.

Guardrails often rusted; only Balkan country where both A- and B-type guardrails are common

Within the Balkans the A+B mix is a Montenegro tell; single guardrail sightings prove nothing.

Simple round concrete or wooden poles

Gen3 rift map: coast = short antenna, no rifts / inland = long antenna + rifts (exception: around Utjeha & Dobra Voda on the coast)

Green agricultural valleys w/ deforested hills → north; dry treeless mountains + vineyards → around/south of Podgorica; pine forests → north, N of Nikšić, most commonly east

Bay of Kotor: touristy, populated, swimwear + a distinct steep rocky ridge; Durmitor NP: grassy treeless mountains w/ high-altitude feel (town of Žabljak inside, unique architecture)

Podgorica = capital & largest city: modern buildings, wide roads, modern infrastructure

Spotlights: staircase-like mountainsides → Cemi River Valley; many small islands → Slansko Lake; wide artificial gravel wall → Pljevlja Coal Mine (visible from afar); railway + stone bollards → Skadar Lake Bridge
