In Europe only Liechtenstein has this black plate w/ yellow-red emblem; Swiss cars (white plates) are constantly around though.

Most coverage in a flat river valley w/ tall mountains in almost every direction - nearby mountains almost always towering to the east; lots of pastures/farmland (Rhine valley)
