Within South America yellow plates are almost exclusive to Colombia (Peru has some).
Peru: White cross-back signposts → Colombia; B&W striped posts → Peru.
Gen3: short thick antenna, sometimes on a black car (also white/grey); Gen4: white or silver car
MX/EC/BR share the antenna - but only Colombia pairs it with a BLACK car.
Mexico: Black car + antenna → Colombia.
Ecuador: Black car → Colombia.
Brazil: Portuguese → Brazil.
