Plates: blue strips both sides OR a single red strip on the left
The red-left-strip plate is unique in Europe. The blue-strip variant however looks Italian - Italian FRONT plates are distinctly shorter.
Italy: Italian front plates are distinctly shorter; red strip on the left → always Albania.
All Gen4 = smallcam: camera mounted low, big circular blur w/ small front protrusion (blur can be fully transparent)
Montenegro: Smallcam only narrows to the region - use plates/language to decide.
Greece: Greek alphabet → Greece; Ë/rruga → Albania.
Italy: Language + bollard bottom: white-painted → Albania/Italy identical, check plates.
Rifts (sky tears from poor stitching) rarely appear in Albanian Gen3

Gen3 car+camera meta splits the country in two: long antenna + rifts in the sky vs short antenna + no rifts (community map exists)
Elevation: lowlands in the west (Shkodër, Tirana, Vlorë - farmland + low hills) + the flat Korçë plateau SE; highest, almost alpine mountains far north & far south

Lezhë: old castle on a tall hill; Gjirokastër: city on the western hillside of a wide valley
